Virbac Epi-Soothe S shampoo uses the soothing effects of colloidal oatmeal to gently, but effectively cleanse the skin and coat of dirt and allergens. The shampoo is especially good for dogs and cats with irritated skin. Spherulites, included in Epi-Soothe shampoo bind to coat hair and remain there after rinsing. This allows for a sustained release of the colloidal oatmeal and moisturising ingredients on to the skin and hair, enhancing the barrier function of the skin. Another key ingredient is chitosanide which helps to reinforce the attachment of spherulites to the hair and skin to provide a protective barrier. This protective barrier, assists in minimising skin dryness. Leaves a lasting and pleasant apple scent.
