Dispatch and Tracking
Whenever possible, orders received by 11am Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day. Tracking information will be provided by email when your order is processed and ready for courier collection. Products designated Special Order are not held in stock and may take longer to dispatch. Passwell/Wombaroo backorders are usually dispatched within a week, while Snooza backorders can take 1-3 weeks.
Free Shipping Offer
MyPetZone offers free shipping to metro areas* on all orders of $60 or more. This includes the CBD and surrounding metropolitan areas of Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Hobart. Major regional cities including, but not limited to, Wollongong, Newcastle, and Gold Coast are also eligible for free shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders sent with standard parcel delivery to metro areas will arrive within 4-6 working days from dispatch. Deliveries to North Queensland and Western Australia may take slightly longer.
Regional and remote deliveries may take over a week to arrive.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Delivery drivers have been given authority to leave your order on your property without requiring a signature, unless it is a high value item (COVID-19 permitting). If you prefer to sign for your delivery (COVID-19 permitting), or have it placed somewhere safe on your property, please indicate this in the space provided in the checkout form.
MyPetZone is only able to deliver to addresses serviced by our shipping providers. We regret that we are unable to ship to some remote or offshore communities. We’ve made every effort to restrict orders from these locations, but in the event that an order is placed for delivery to an address not serviced by our shipping providers, MyPetZone retains the right to cancel and refund your payment.
- MyPetZone has an agreement with its supplier that it will not sell any products within South Australia.
- MyPetZone is currently not able to ship products outside of Australia.
- MyPetZone is currently unable to arrange for delivery to Post Office boxes, or parcel lockers.
MyPetZone is committed to continuing to look for ways of limiting its environmental impact. To assist with this objective, we try to recycle packing cartons as often as possible, rather than use new packaging. We also use compostable/biodegradable satchels wherever possible. Almost all of our deliveries are made by Shippit. Every eCommerce delivery has a carbon footprint. To support a sustainable future, Shippit has partnered with internationally recognised carbon solutions provider, the Carbon Neutral Group, to reduce their climate impact to zero. To do this, Shippit offsets all carbon emissions from deliveries.
