Orders received by midday Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day. Tracking information is provided by email when your order is processed and dispatched. Products designated special order are not held in stock and may take up to a week to dispatch.

Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates

We cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas on orders unless submitted before the following dates.

Regional areas: December 10th 2019

Please be advised that delivery delays do occur, especially during peak periods. Ordering as early as possible is essential to ensure your delivery arrives on time, especially for customers in regional areas, Western Australia, or Northern Queensland.

Free Shipping Offer

MyPetZone offers free shipping to metro areas* on all orders of $50 or more. This includes the CBD and surrounding metropolitan areas of Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Hobart, and Darwin. Major regional cities including, but not limited to, Wollongong, Newcastle, and Gold Coast are also eligible for free shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders sent with standard parcel delivery to metro areas will arrive within 4-6 days of dispatch. We also offer priority overnight service (for an additional fee) which will typically arrive within 24-48 hours.

Regional and remote deliveries may take over a week to arrive.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

We know that if you are ordering your pet food and accessories online, you’re probably a busy person and want convenient delivery. For that reason, delivery drivers have been given authority to leave your order on your property without requiring a signature on delivery, unless it is a high value item. If you prefer to sign for your delivery, or have it placed somewhere safe on your property, please indicate this in the provided space in the checkout form.

Delivery Restrictions

MyPetZone is only able to deliver to addresses serviced by our shipping provider. We regret that we are unable to ship to some remote or offshore communities. We’ve made every effort to restrict orders from these locations, but in the event that an order is placed for delivery to an address not serviced by our shipping provider, MyPetZone retains the right to cancel and refund the order.

Additional restrictions:

  • MyPetZone has an agreement with its supplier that it will not sell any products within South Australia.
  • MyPetZone is currently not able to ship products outside of Australia.

Environmental Responsibility

MyPetZone is committed to continuing to look for ways of limiting its environmental impact.  To assist with this objective, we try to recycle packing cartons as often as possible, rather than use new packaging.  Almost all of our deliveries are made by Sendle. Sendle is a registered B Corporation* and Australia’s first carbon neutral delivery service partnering with South Pole Group.
